Schedule sending
An order that does not go today can be scheduled for another day. On that day it goes back to the list for sending by itself.
How to schedule
- In the order row, click ⋯.
- Click Schedule shipping.
- Under When should it ship?, pick a day. You can click Tomorrow, In 3 days, In a week, In 2 weeks or In a month. You can also pick a day in the calendar.
- Under Why is it waiting?, pick a reason.
- Click Schedule for and the date.
- Pre-order
- You are waiting for goods from your supplier.
- Gift
- The customer wants delivery on a set day.
- Customer request
- The customer asks for later delivery.
- Waiting for stock
- The product is out of stock for now.
- Other
- Write your own reason. Here the reason is required.
The order moves to the Scheduled tab. The row says Ships and the date. The reason is shown under the product.
When the order comes back
On that day the order goes back to To reserve by itself. The day is counted by Sarajevo time. Then all the rules are checked again.
- Before that day you cannot reserve the order.
- While it waits, you only see two flags: Blacklist and missing details. So you can fix them in time.
- If the day has already passed, the line under the product says Was scheduled for and the date.
Change or cancel
- Change date
- In the ⋯ menu. It opens the same window, with the date and reason you picked.
- Ship today
- In the ⋯ menu. The order goes back to To reserve right away.
- Remove schedule
- In the ⋯ menu, once the day has come. It removes the date.
For many orders at once: tick them in the Scheduled tab, then click Ship today in the bar at the bottom.
Good to know
- In the calendar you can pick from tomorrow up to 90 days ahead.
- You can only schedule an order that has no AWB number yet.
