By installing and using SferaFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SferaFlow is a Shopify application that provides shipping management, fulfillment automation, and delivery tracking services for e-commerce merchants. The App integrates with courier services to streamline your shipping operations.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of SferaFlow, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your Shopify account
  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not misuse or abuse the App's features
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App

4. Courier Integration

SferaFlow integrates with third-party courier services. While we strive to ensure accurate data transmission, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by courier services. You maintain your own agreements and relationships with courier providers.

5. Pricing & Billing

SferaFlow may offer free and paid plans. Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the selected plan's pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by DB Ecom Group LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for your business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SferaFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of these terms or any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DB Ecom Group LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
