More than one shop

One account can have more than one Shopify shop. Customers, the blacklist and the checks work for all your shops together.

Add a shop

Open your other shop in Shopify.
Install SferaFlow on it, from the Shopify App Store.
If you are signed in to SferaFlow in the same browser, the shop is added to your account right away.
If not, you get an email. Open the link in the email and click Add store. The link works for 24 hours.

A shop joins your account only if it has the same email as your account. A shop with a different email gets a new, separate account.

At the top of the menu on the left you see the shop name. There you pick a shop or All shops.

Most pages also have their own shop filter. In Fast Post it is under Filters.
In Settings you pick the shop in the field above the Shop group.
In an order row, under the time, you see which shop it came from.

Customer history is looked up in all your shops.
The blacklist works in all your shops.
The checks compare orders from all your shops. A customer who sent a parcel back in one shop also stops in another.

Your customers' data is never shared with other merchants. Only you see it.

Problems?

I do not see my other shop.

Check that it has the same email as your account. If you got an email, open the link in it. Until you confirm the shop, its orders do not come in.

The link in the email does not work.

The link works for 24 hours and only once. Install the app on the shop again and a new email comes.
