Dashboard and Savings
What each number on the Dashboard and on the Savings page means.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page after you sign in. There are five numbers at the top.
- For Sending
- Orders that are not announced yet, and their total COD. Scheduled orders are included.
- In Transit
- Announced parcels that are on their way.
- On Delivery
- Parcels the courier is taking to customers today.
- Delivered
- How many parcels were delivered in the chosen period, and how much money.
- Return Rate
- Of all parcels that finished in the period, what percent came back. The arrow compares with the same length of time before. A green arrow means fewer returns.
At the top you pick the period and the shop. The period only changes Delivered and Return Rate. The first three numbers always show how things are right now.
- Shipment Pipeline
- How many parcels are at each step. COD in pipeline is the COD money that has not arrived yet.
- Best selling
- The five products that sold most in the last 7 days. Revenue is after discounts.
- Most returned
- The products that come back most often.
- Activity overview
- A chart by day: how many parcels were created, delivered and returned.
- Live activity
- What just happened with your parcels.
- Delayed Shipments
- Parcels the courier reported a problem with, oldest first. They are the same parcels as in All Shipments, tab Problems. The period above does not change them.
The Status sync button asks the courier for new statuses. See Tracking and statuses.
Today, in the menu on the left
At the bottom of the menu on the left there are three numbers for today.
- To send
- Orders to reserve and announce. Orders scheduled for later are not counted.
- In transit
- Parcels that are with the courier.
- Risky
- Orders to send that the check stopped.
On a short screen these numbers are not in the menu. The same numbers are on the Dashboard.
Savings
Savings shows how much you saved on orders that were not sent because the check stopped them. An order is counted here when you delete it in Fast Post, in the decision window, with Do not send, Send only or Delete this one. A normal delete is not counted.
- Total saved
- Postage you did not pay for the stopped orders.
- Blocked orders
- How many orders were stopped.
- Warning accuracy
- What percent of warnings were right. A warning was right if the order was not sent, or if it was sent and came back.
The saving is worked out from the prices in Settings → Shipping Costs. For a customer on your blacklist or with returns, it is delivery plus return. For a double order, it is delivery only.
Below are the parts By reason, By month and Recently blocked orders. At the top you pick the shop and the period.
Problems?
Why does Return Rate change when I change the period?
It only counts parcels that finished in that period.
The numbers do not match the number in Fast Post.
For Sending on the Dashboard also counts scheduled orders. The Fast Post tab does not.
The postage in Savings is not right.
Check the prices in Settings → Shipping Costs.
